This document sets out the full terms for using the ba999 platform. Please read these terms carefully before opening an account or using any service. By accessing ba999 or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms below.
1. General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the ba999 platform and the user. By accessing, registering with, or using the ba999 website, mobile application, or any related service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.
These terms may change from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will show the date of the change. Continuing to use ba999's services means you have agreed to the updated terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.
2. Account Registration and Accuracy of Information
To open an account on ba999, you must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information in the registration form. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in the account being closed at any time.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each person is permitted only one account. If one person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all deposited funds and bonuses may be cancelled. Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as multiple accounts.
2.2 Account Verification
ba999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
2.3 Login Credential Security
Keeping your username and password fully confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
3. Age and Eligibility Requirements
ba999's services are only for persons aged 21 or older. If an underage person creates an account or accesses someone's account, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.
In addition, users must not be in a location or situation where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own area.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on ba999 are processed only through approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Using a third-party payment account may result in the transaction being cancelled.
- ba999 is not responsible for deposits made in the wrong amount or to the wrong account — verify all details before depositing.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. ba999 may request identity verification or additional information before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawal requests are processed only through verified payment methods.
- It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
- For unusual or suspicious transactions, ba999 may hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonus offers on ba999 are provided under specific conditions. Before accepting a bonus, please read the applicable wagering requirements, validity period, and any other restrictions carefully.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. After receiving this bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
- ba999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering has been completed.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Conditions
All games on ba999 are operated properly and each game's own rules apply. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before playing.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game or betting category has specific minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly shown in the game interface. ba999 reserves the right to change betting limits for specific accounts.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted midway due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or other technical reasons, ba999 will resolve the situation according to the applicable policy. ba999 reserves the right to cancel winnings arising from clearly erroneous results.
6.3 Sports Betting
In sports betting, match results are determined from official sources. If a match is cancelled or ends midway, bets will be settled according to ba999's defined policy. In live betting, ba999 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time.
7. Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ba999 platform. Breaching these rules may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action if necessary:
- Abusing bonuses or using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving unlawful funds.
- Attempting to breach system security through hacking, phishing, or any other method.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner towards other users.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes using false or misleading information.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
ba999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is a breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, or other valid reason.
8.1 Closure at User's Request
Users may request account closure via live chat or email. Self-exclusion is also available under the Responsible Gaming policy. All ongoing bets and bonus conditions must be settled before closure.
8.2 Funds After Closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ba999 will consider returning any funds that are fairly owed after completing an investigation. In cases of bonus-related fraud, all associated funds may be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
ba999 endeavours to provide its service as reliably as possible, but ba999's liability is limited in the following matters:
- If a game or bet is affected by loss of internet connection or a device problem.
- If a transaction is delayed due to a problem with a third-party payment gateway.
- If a user suffers loss by sharing their login credentials with someone else.
- If loss occurs due to the user's own mistake or negligence.
Gaming outcomes depend entirely on chance. ba999 does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome or win.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
ba999 follows a defined policy on the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information. Reading our Privacy Policy will tell you how your information is used, who it is shared with, and how it is kept secure.

11. Changes and Updates to Terms
ba999 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as needed. For significant changes, notice will be given by email to registered users or on the site. However, continuing to use the service after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
